If you ask anyone in Gurugram where the "best" address is, most will say Golf Course Road. DLF is largely why. Over two decades it built a run of towers along the DLF Golf & Country Club that set the bar for luxury living in India.
The early icons
The Aralias and The Magnolias came first. They are low-density towers with very large homes and views over the golf course. They're older now, but well maintained, and they still trade at some of the highest prices in the city.
The benchmark

How to choose
Start with how you'll live: do you want golf views, a newer building or the shortest commute to Cyber City? Then compare carpet areas rather than headline sizes, and check the maintenance charges, which vary a lot between towers.
